Macaroni Salad

2c – uncooked macaroni
1 or 2 stalk – celery chopped
1/4c – shredded carrots
2 – radishes, chopped
1/2 – green pepper, chopped
2 – boiled eggs, chopped

1/2c – mayonnaise
1/3c – sugar
2tbsp – distilled white vinegar
1tbsp & 3/4tsp – yellow mustard
1/4tsp – black pepper
3/4tsp – salt

1. Cook noodles according to package, while noodles are cooking mix  mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, black pepper and salt in a large bowl.

2. Chop celery, radishes, green peppers, carrots and  eggs then stir into mix. Add noodles and mix well.

3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

4. Enjoy!

I personally love this recipe because it is not too creamy. If you are just like me then you will LOVE this recipe. I have switched out radishes for onions and you can add any vegetables you like! Give this recipe a taste and let me know what you think!
